2026 Nolensville Kids Triathlon - presented by BEAT

Categories/Distances* Ages 5-7: 50 yard swim, 4k bike, 1k runAges 8-11: 100 yard swim, 4k bike, 1k runAges 12-15: 150 yard swim, 7.5k bike, 2.5k run *USAT (USA Triathlon) rules require the age that is used is the age as of 12/31 of the race year. Ex. If you have an 11 year old that will be 12 before the end of the year, they are required to race in the 12-15 year age group/distances. Registration includes An awesome Nolensville Kids Triathlon medalRace T-Shirt (if registered by 6/18)Swag BagRefreshments after the race Swim: Athletes will be lined up by age and released every 5 to 10 seconds. Please ensure your athlete can swim the required distance unassisted. USAT rules prevent the use of flotation devices. However, lifeguards will be on duty to ensure safety. Bike & Run: USAT rules prevent outside assistance. Please ensure your athlete is comfortable with these distances. We will have volunteers along the bike & run courses to help and encourage along the way. Awards Awards will be presented for the top 3 male and female finishers for each age! Yes, we're really giving away 66 awards!! Financial Assistance - We want all kids to have the opportunity to participate. Packet Pickup - Packet pickup will be at the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville on July 18 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and race morning. To make the race day go smoother, please consider picking up your packet on the 18th.
